Chargad Dam, is an earthfill dam on Chargad river near Amravati in state of Maharashtra in India.

Specifications

The height of the dam above lowest foundation is 24.5 m (80 ft) while the length is 3,740 m (12,270 ft). The volume content is 1,095 km3 (263 cu mi) and gross storage capacity is 12,005.00 km3 (2,880.15 cu mi).[2]
