Levi David Jordan (born September 24, 1995) is an American professional baseball infielder for the Cincinnati Reds of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2024.
Career
Jordan graduated from Puyallup High School in Puyallup, Washington, and he played for the school's baseball team. In 2014, his senior year, The News Tribune named him their male high school senior athlete of the year.[1] Jordan attended the University of Washington and played college baseball for the Washington Huskies. The Chicago Cubs selected him in the 29th round of the 2018 MLB draft.[2]
After the 2023 season, the Cincinnati Reds selected Jordan in the minor league phase of the Rule 5 draft.[3] The Reds assigned him to the Louisville Bats of the Triple-A International League at the beginning of the 2024 season.[4] The Reds promoted him to the major leagues on June 24 and he debuted that day.[5]
