Akio Otsuka

Akio Otsuka (大塚明夫code: ja is deprecated , Ōtsuka Akio, lahir 24 November 1959) adalah pengisi suara asal Jepang. Dia dikenal dengan peran-perannya dalam serial anime: sebagai "Black Jack" dalam Black Jack, sebagai "Shunsui Kyouraku" dalam Bleach, sebagai "Letnan Garuru" dalam Sersan Keroro, dan sebagai "Gwendal von Voltaire" dalam Kyo Kara Maoh!.
