Greta Scacchi, geboortenaam Gracco (Milaan, 18 februari 1960), is een in Italië geboren actrice die sinds 1995 Australisch staatsburger is. Ze won in 1996 een Primetime Emmy Award voor haar bijrol als Tsarina Alexandra in de televisiefilm Rasputin. Daarnaast werd ze genomineerd voor onder meer een BAFTA Award (voor Heat and Dust, 1983) en een Golden Globe (voor Rasputin).

Scacchi werd geboren in Italië, maar verhuisde op haar tweede met haar ouders naar Engeland. In 1975 verkaste het gezin opnieuw, nu naar Australië. In 1991 trouwde Scacchi met acteur Vincent D'Onofrio, met wie ze in 1992 een dochter kreeg. Het echtpaar scheidde in 1993. Scacchi beviel in oktober 1998 van een zoon die ze kreeg met Carlo Mantegazza, haar neef.
