Daniel Peter O'Herlihy (1. maj 1919 – 17. februar 2005) je bio irsko-američki glumac, najpoznatiji po karakternim ulogama u hollywoodskim filmovima, među kojima je jedna od poznatijih lik "Starog", patrijarha korporacije OCP u SF-filmu RoboCop.
O'Herlihyjev brat Michael O'Herlihy je bio televizijski producent i režiser, a sin Gavan O'Herlihy je glumac.
