"On the Banks of the Wabash, Far Away" je pjesma koju je godine 1897. napisao američki kompozitor Paul Dresser a izdala Howley, Haviland & Co., izdavačka kuća Tin Pan Alleya. Predstavlja baladu koja opisuje autorovo djetinjstvo kraj rijeke Wabash u državi Indiana. Pjesma se pokazala enormno popularnom, te je postala najprodavanijom partiturom u SAD 19. vijeka. Godine 1913. ju je Državna skupština Indiane proglasila državnom pjesmom Indiane.
Godine 1914. je Karl-Ewert Christenson napisao švedsku verziju pod nazivom "Barndomshemmet" ("Dom iz djetinjstva"), s tekstom koji govori o švedskoj emigraciji u SAD.
