The Fireman (sh. Vatrogasac) je američka crno-bijela nijema filmska komedija snimljena 1916. u režiji Charlesa Chaplina. U njoj se Chaplin pojavljuje u ulozi nespretnog vatrogasca, koji će na kraju ipak uspjeti spasiti šefovu kćer (čiji čik tumači Edna Purviance) od požara. Film je značajan po tome što je koristio film unatrag u komične svrhe - npr. u sceni u kojoj se Chaplinov lik penje uz vatrogasni stup.
