Gazin Rural District (Persian: دهستان گزين) is in Raghiveh District of Haftkel County, Khuzestan province, Iran.[3] Its capital is the village of Gazin.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population (as part of the former Haftkel District of Ramhormoz County) was 5,352 in 1,048 households.[5] There were 1,355 inhabitants in 372 households at the following census of 2011,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Haftkel County.[3] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 1,135 in 298 households. The most populous of its 37 villages was Naft Sefid, with 406 people.[2]
