Arginin-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.19, arginil-tRNK sintetaza, arginil-transfer ribonukleatna sintetaza, arginil-transfer RNK sintetaza, arginil transfer ribonukleinsko kiselinska sintetaza, arginin-tRNK sintetaza, arginin translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-arginin:tRNKArg ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + L-arginin + tRNKArg {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } AMP + difosfat + L-arginyL-tRNKArg
