Tirozin-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.1) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-tirozin:tRNKTir ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
