Glicin-tRNK ligaza (EC 6.1.1.14, glicil-tRNK sintetaza, glicil-transfer ribonukleatna sintetaza, glicil-transfer RNK sintetaza, glicil-transfer ribonukleinsko kiselinska sintetaza, glicilna translaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom glicin:tRNKGli ligaza (formira AMP).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + glicin + tRNKGly {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } AMP + difosfat + glicil-tRNKGly
